Open Enrollment Automated Email Program

Thank you for your interest in our automated Open Enrollment email program! This program allows us to send out educational open enrollment emails to your benefit eligible employees leading up to your open enrollment window. The programs available are for FSA and HSA. 

There is a cost to send these emails. The pricing breakdown is as follows:

• 1,500 or less = $75
• 1,501 - 3,000 = $150
• 3,001 - 5,000 = $250
• 5,001 - 10,000 = $500
• 10,001 - 25,000 = $1,250
• 25,001 - 50,000 = $2,500
• Additional estimates are available upon request

This cost includes the ability to send one of three emails a week for three weeks. The ideal timeframe would be to send these emails over the course of the three weeks before your Open Enrollment period.
